  • Online with debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro); payment is secured by our partner BANCA TRANSILVANIA, known for his demanding payment security solutions offered by www.plationline.ro. Such payment shall be made on a redirected page and secured by BANCA TRANSILVANIA. The completion of your data is safe, so stellamatina.com does not have access to your bank account details.
  • For card payments, transaction will appear on the card statement as stellamatina.com 
  • Cash on delivery (only for Romania) provided by our partner FAN COURIER.
  • By bank transfer into the bank account of S.C. MATINA CONCEPT DESIGN S.R.L. In case of payment by payment order, bank charges for the transfer shall be borne by the payer.

  • Card payment can be made using personal or business bankcard. We
    accept Visa (Classic and Electron) and Mastercard (including Maestro). Payments are fully secure, using PlatiOnline.ro system and servers. Your card data security is guaranteed as PlatiOnline.ro does not store the sensitive card information. PlatiOnline sends the sensitive card information via secure encrypted connection to the acquiring bank. Thus, your data is safe.
    Transaction currency is RON. There is no additional fee charged for bankcard transactions. However, if your card is issued in a currency other than RON, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

6) Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively with DPD and FAN COURIER (only for Romania).

For the products delivered internationally product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as Romanian VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through DPD and shall be borne by the customer.

7) Return policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

You must notify us by e-mail at office@stellamatina.com  (Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 17:00 PM) in the first 10 days after receiving the order, if you wish to return products.

www.stellamatina.com will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging. Upon receipt of any order without tags please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item for a different size only once. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

If a refund is required, a time frame of 15 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order , if the payment was made in cash we will need a bank account number and the account holder name.

Please note that shipping costs, that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.

8) Products Guarantee

The products sold on our website benefit from warranty certifications in accordance with the laws in effect at the current time and according to the commercial policy of the producers.

9) Liability

S.C. MATINA CONCEPT DESIGN S.R.L. will not be liable for any type of prejudice (direct, indirect or accidental) that comes from using or the inability to use the information presented on our website and any kind of errors or missing information from the content which might cause any kind of losses

The information can be printed only for personal usage.

The information cannot be printed, distributed or sent to another person or used in any other type of document without the written consent of its authors.

10) Litigation

For any conflict that might arise between S.C. MATINA CONCEPT DESIGN S.R.L. and its user/clients we will seek to solve it amiably. If however this is not possible, the litigation will be settled by a court of law in the jurisdiction of S.C. MATINA CONCEPT DESIGN S.R.L office@stellamatina.com
